Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Depending on the US state where you live, state privacy laws give you the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information and of its use for targeted advertising.
VIETTI does not sell personal information in exchange for money. However, when advertising cookies and similar technologies are active, information about your browsing may be shared with advertising partners in a way that some state laws define as a “sale” or as “sharing” for targeted advertising. This page explains how to opt out.
How to exercise your right
1. Through your privacy preferences
Use the button below to open your privacy preferences and turn off Sale of Personal Data and Targeted Advertising. Your choice is stored on the device and browser you are using, so it needs to be repeated on each device and each browser, and it is lost if you clear your browsing data.
2. Through an opt-out preference signal
If your browser or a browser extension sends an opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, we recognise it automatically and apply it to your visit. In that case you do not need to do anything else on this page.
3. In writing
You can also send your request to info@viettishop.com. Please tell us the email address you use with us, so that we can identify your records. An authorised agent may submit a request on your behalf, provided they can demonstrate that you have given them permission to do so.
What happens next
Opting out does not close your account, does not delete your order history, and does not stop the emails you have subscribed to. It stops the use of your personal information for targeted advertising and its sharing with advertising partners for that purpose.
We will not deny you goods or services, charge you a different price, or provide you with a different level of quality because you have exercised this right.
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
