Miu Miu

Miu Miu is Miuccia Prada's freer hand: created in 1992 under her childhood nickname and launched in 1993 with fringed suede jackets and prairie skirts, it turns good-girl codes — pleated minis, ballet flats, collegiate knits — into something knowing and quietly rebellious. Matelassé leather bags such as the Wander and the Arcadie carry the same wit, and Women's Tales, its series of short films by women directors, treats fashion as storytelling.

At VIETTI, a family boutique since 1952 on Lake Maggiore, the Miu Miu selection leans on women's handbags and small leather goods, with shoes, ready-to-wear and hair accessories from the current season, updated with every new arrival.
