Jacquemus

Jacquemus is the label of Simon Porte Jacquemus, born in 1990 in Salon-de-Provence and raised in Mallemort, in the south of France; he started it at twenty and gave it his mother's maiden name. The house is based in Paris and received the Special Jury Prize of the LVMH Prize in 2015. Bags and hats sit alongside the ready-to-wear, footwear followed in 2017 and the first menswear collection in 2019.

At VIETTI, a family boutique since 1952 in Arona, on Lake Maggiore, the Jacquemus selection is for women and men and is built around bags and ready-to-wear from the current season: women's bags such as the Ovalo and the Le Petit Bisou Chaine shoulder bags, the Turismo and the Le Chiquito Long, the Montaigne sweatshirt and the La Maille Moulin sweater, then men's clothing with Gros Grain hoodies and t-shirts, the Le Camionneur Gros Grain half-zip sweatshirt and the Ruban t-shirt, with bucket hats and Le Capuche Gros Grain beanies. The selection is updated with every delivery.

Jacquemus ready-to-wear follows the brand's own sizes, stated on each product page; the cut is mostly relaxed or regular, slim on some t-shirts and boxy on a few sweatshirts, as stated together with the composition, mostly cotton for the clothing and leather for the bags, and the country of manufacture declared by the brand.
